Cyclops

With its rock music, beer all around, and loud conversations, Cyclops (more info) very much feels like a biker bar. The decor is appropriate for the restaurant name, with sculptures of one eyed creatures (like a cyclop) all around.

Cleanliness doesn't jump to the eye but there were no health code violations in plain sight. I would compare the hygene here to that of a fast food restaurant.

The restaurant is nicely located in Belltown, however there is no clear place to park a car for visitors who drive.

Although the waiter never made an effort to smile, he did take our orders quickly. The food was brought out within about 15 minutes of ordering, and the bill was also delivered and settled in a timely fashion.

Plate Rated: Chicken Cha Cha

The chicken burger was served just as one would expect, with a side of fries. It was clear from eating this food that the chef has a taste for the exotic. The chicken burger was topped with a mango salsa. The burger bun itself tasted like brioche, and the ketchup served with the fries was slightly spicy. It all worked well together to make a nice meal. The only item I would have changed was the fries which were not crispy enough for my taste.

Enough food was served on the plate to fill me up, and bring leftovers home if I had wanted to. On top of it, everything worked well together, and this dish was only $11. Definitely very fairly priced.
