Best Mexican Food in Seattle?

Who makes the best mexican food in Seattle?  People on CitySearch seem to love Agua Verde, but I don't understand the hype.  Any other suggestions?

I agree that its good but that great. Some of the similar are Taquiera El Riconsito and El Torreador. Both on the eastside since thats where i live.
