Xbox 360 thread - where can you buy?

Hoping to start a thread where we can post info on where we can get our hands on an Xbox 360 in the Puget Sound area.  Anybody have any inside info?  Here are some of the rumors I've heard:

- 500 people were in line at the Bellevue Best Buy, where Bill Gates made an appearance
- Lynnwood Circuit City only got 6 consoles to sell
- Northgate Best Buy was rumored to have gotten around 50 consoles, but there were close to 80 people in line last night

Hopefully someone can post some info about when some of the big stores receive new shipments.  Maybe someone who works at one?

Any truth to the rumors that many of the Xbox 360's are defective?  I've heard that some just won't turn on and that others leave huge scratches on the games.  A salesman told me today that it'd be best to wait on buying one of these next year when all the defects are fixed.  If you have one, how is it?  Any problems?

News this morning said that shipments are expected at the end of the week.

I've since heard that the defects are only found in 5% of consoles.

So now the word is that the power supply overheats.  Hopefully they get these problems fixed with the next shipment.  If anyone finds one anywhere in the area, please post!

I got mine on gamestop.com about 1.5 months ago and have had no problem with it so far.  It works well and looks good!
