Potbelly Sandwich Works - Now Open in Seattle

We are big fans of Potbelly sandwiches here at Dscuss Seattle.  We've had our share on trips out to Chicago, would recommend ordering the Italian Wreck sandwich and getting an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and reporting back on what you think.  Anyone else a fan?  What's your sandwich of choice?
