New store downtown, old Coldwater Creek

Anyone know what is coming in downtown in the old coldwater creek space?  Drove by and saw a ton of sewing machines in the window.  Pretty over the top display, but the name of the place escapes me.  Wang to know what kind of place it is.  Looked pretty close to finished!

Allsaints Spitalfields.  Some new place from the UK, lots of dark colors, grays, blacks, etc.  Pretty nice, 'different' clothes, but pricey.  Anyone else been?  I like the old skool sewing machines all over the store.
