Needing Advice on a neighborhoods to visit in Seattle...

we only have 3 days in Seattle.... what areas should we not miss.
We're staying near Pikes market   but  I'm curious about
Ballard,  Madison Park,  Queen Anne,  Capitol Hill....
But once again...   We can't do it all.  So which are your favorites.

We Love cafes,  little 2nd hand funky shops  and book stores.
