any haunted places around town?

are there any actual haunted places around town?  has anyone had any actual experiences?

i've heard some stories of weird things happening at the suzzalo library on the uw campus, but never saw anything strange during my time there.  for the record, i totally don't believe in this kind of stuff, but have read some stuff lately that made me wish i could go verify... they just all seem to be in other cities.
