Enjoy the Street Fairs in the Summer

In the summertime, San Francisco is known for fog San Francisco Street Fairs. The fog is unpredictable, but the street fairs certainly are not. It seems like nearly every neighborhood in the city has its own street fair. While they all have a slightly different flavor, you can count on most street fairs for family friendly fun.

I'll try to explain the science behind the concept, it's not hard to understand, and in fact it makes sense once you hear it explained. The basic premise is the application of what is called "complex training". Complex training combines a high strength movement with a bio-mechanically similar, ballistic or plyometric movement. Squats and jumping jacks would be an example of complex training. For example, do a set of squats with weights and immediately do a set of jumping jacks from a squat position and that would be a complex training movement. This type of complex training has been studied, and shown to be superior to weight or resistance training and plyometric training alone.

Air conditioner manufacturers, including window and portable models, have had to make some changes in recent years.

This is because of something called the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Standards (RoHS) passed by the European

Union a few years ago, and US laws restricting manufacture and use of certain hazardous substances. Part of these

standards include phasing out the old R22 refrigerant, which has long been known as an ozone depleting agent. :)

How to Develop Your Intuition Skills?
Intuition is a hunch or guts feeling we all have beyond any logical evidence. We can call it as an alertness that is stimulated by the soul, mind and body collectively. Remember, every one of us is blessed with the ability to be insightful. With some easy steps, one can develop perspective and enjoy its multiple benefits.
1. Calm feeling and pure reason leads to intuition. Intuition can be developed by daily introspection and analysis, exercising common sense, depth of thought, calmness, concentrated activity in one direction, and, best of all, through meditation.
2. Relax your mind. You can focus on what actually matters by slowing down your thinking. Aroma therapy can be helpful too. You can sit comfortably and close your eyes to focus on the aromas or fragrances to alert your perceptions.

San Francisco is one of those rare cities that offers almost timeless appeal. One of the greatest things that can be said about this great city is that the things that attract its youngest visitors are also quite often the things that bring in its older visitors.

In fact, the very museums that fascinate youngsters have lessons to teach their older visitors as well. Art is a common language among us all and the entertainment that can be found in this great city from opera, symphonies, concerts, plays, and musicals, to street entertainment are both top notch and appealing to people from all sorts of backgrounds and circumstances.
